Command Rail and desktop

Fleet signals at the edge of the screen.

The Rail (⌘⇧R) is a panel pinned to the right edge. Around it, Atlas draws a little behind your windows and a lot in front of them when something breaks.

The Rail

280 points wide, 800 when you expand the terrain. Everything refreshes by polling, once a minute; the fleet has no event stream to push from.

The Rail
FleetOne particle cluster per tool, 21 in all. Color, pulse rate, and intensity follow each tool's probed status and latency.
LeverageA 90-day terrain of Fulcrum leverage by project. Click a peak and the Bar asks what made that session productive.
PipelineAn oscilloscope of Envoy open deals: amplitude is deal size, frequency decays with days since contact, and a deal flat-lines at 14 days. Draft follow-ups prepares a Courier draft and a Cadence follow-up per stalled deal.
ReceivablesTrellis open invoices by aging bucket with a risk rank and a marker for ones the customer has viewed. A nightly sweep runs at 06:00. Draft reminders prepares Courier drafts and Cadence follow-ups.
AudienceHerald sends against Pulse visitors, with the measured lag from send to traffic. A send that was opened but never clicked can be link-checked.
TickerThe last 24 hours of events, newest first, across Chronicle, Vigil, Envoy, Courier, Docket, Herald, and Beacon. Click one to open it in the Bar.

SLO burn under the icons

A full-screen, click-through layer between the wallpaper and the desktop icons shows each Chronicle SLO as a tile colored by burn rate. Critical tiles get a badge; clicking it asks the Bar for the incident's trace. It is on by default and the menu bar item turns it off.

Morning briefing

⌘⇧B raises six cards above the desktop: calendar, top tasks, at-risk deals, urgent cards, today's leverage, and unread mail. Atlas reads the greeting and then each zone aloud while its card lights up, using a speech script on the Mac and falling back to the system voice. ⌘⌥⇧M silences it.

Incident room

A new open SEV1 opens a full-screen room on its own, once per incident. A log waterfall puts a tick on every log line, time across and a lane per service, with a marker where the incident opened. Beside it sit the trace, service dependencies, the on-call, and open Vigil outages. Draft RCA calls Chronicle's own endpoint, File card sends a pre-filled card to Docket Triage, and Esc closes the room.
